Marten Building & Design is Hiring a General Construction Laborer Near Prairie, WI

Construction Laborer

Responsibilities:
- Assist with various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed by the construction team
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and delivery vehicles
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus
- Valid driver's license is required
